Women's Learn to Lift Series (Ages 35+)

*Special Note: This is a four part session that starts Nov 9th and will be every Saturday until Nov 30th.

WHAT IS IT?

Lifting weights can be intimidating especially when you don't know where to start or how to use the equipment. Join us for a four week series on how to lift properly no matter your abilities or current fitness level. We will be focusing on how to use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and various types of bands.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

Did you know as women age they begin to lose 3-8% of their muscle each decade. We also know that the key to health and longevity is directly linked to maintaining and build your muscle mass.
