At OPEX Regina we have clear expectations and base requirements for the position:

 

• OPEX CCP Level 1 (in progress or completed)

• CSEP-CEP, CSEP-CPT, NSCA certifications will also be accepted

• Experience in coaching clients on an individual basis

• Customer service experience 

• Must be available for ALL floor hour shifts (opens, midday, and closes)

• Ability to self-generate leads - while OPEX Regina will certainly provide you with leads, we need our coaches to pound the pavement, be comfortable on social media, meet people in the world, and create some of their own leads on a consistent basis.

• Attend weekly staff meetings

• Attend monthly educational meetings

• Your performance will be tracked and reviewed quarterly with the owners. Some of these areas include:

  • Professionalism on and off the floor

  • Punctuality

  • Ongoing learning objectives

Compensation:

$25-$30 / hr based on experience + the opportunity to earn monthly commission
