We feel that long term personal training has diminishing returns for you, the client. Once you have learned the movements you no longer need 1:1 all the time.
That is why we have taken a different approach to personal training here at OPEX Regina.
Our approach is to build a community while keeping the benefits of personal training in our private gym.
You will be working out in a small group of other members and a floor coach, but with your own individualized program. The small group setting will save you thousands of dollars on gym fees but gives you the personalized program and coaching you need to achieve your goals.
Do you still want some one-on-one time? We offer the 8-week OPEX Experience that includes four personal training sessions with your coach!

PRIVATE GYM IN
Feeling like you're just a number or not training at peak times can suck. Our Regina gym is purposefully built and will not have more than 10 people working at a one time.
The fitness industry is poorly regulated and filled with low quality instructors and personal trainers. We spend thousands each year on coach education and have hundreds of hours of experience.
We pride ourselves on our thorough assessment process that looks at movement patterns, physical abilities, balance, strength and aerobic fitness. We want a clear picture of where you're starting from today so we can continually assess your progress as you grow.
Every month you sit down with your coach to go over how things are going. These meetings include nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching and, best of all, accountability. Your coach is here to help keep you on track and learning each month.
Your coach will work with you to build a 12-month plan. Then each month will refine the plan to meet your needs and goals. This style of planning is how we get you the best results and keep you injury free.
